I am the CEO for the Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust, having previously worked in the role of Standards Officer for the Trust.
Having worked predominantly in Catholic Schools since qualifying as a teacher, and serving as a Catholic Leader for twelve years within the BKCAT, including latterly as Headteacher and Interim Executive Headteacher, I am passionate about supporting and developing the schools within our Trust. It is a privilege to serve in Catholic communities and to have an input in improving the life chances of our children and young people.
Through my recent experience in a school improvement role, providing School to School support within the Diocese of Leeds and the Local Authority, I recognise the importance of working in collaboration with other schools and the benefits this can create for schools.
I graduated from Christ and Notre Dame Catholic College, Liverpool in 1992 and completed a PGCE in Primary Education at Leeds Trinity University in 1993. I gained my NPQH in 2004.
I am a parishioner at St. Joseph’s Pontefract, where I am actively involved as a catechist.
