An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Office Receptionist to join the school Administration Team at St Joseph’s Pontefract.
This is a rewarding and important front-facing role that involves undertaking reception duties such as answering the routine telephone and face-to-face enquiries and signing in visitors. Under the instruction and guidance of senior staff, you will also provide general administrative support to the school.
Working hours per week: 14 hours per week (term time only), Monday, Tuesday Wednesday and Friday, 8.45 am – 11.45 am, Thursday 8.45 am to 10.45 am
Salary Per Annum: Grade: 2, SCP: G2 FTE salary- £18,198, pro-rata salary (term time only)- £5,744.38
