Welcome from our Chief Executive

Our Trust community is delighted to welcome Rob Pritchard as our new Chief Executive Officer.

I was appointed Chief Executive Officer of The Bishop Konstant Catholic Academy Trust in September 2026, and I am both privileged and delighted to step into the role at this point in the Trust’s story. We enter a new chapter as part of the Bishop of Leeds’ vision for Catholic education across the Diocese.

My passion for Catholic education, and for empowering the communities in which our pupils truly thrive, has shaped every post I have held.

I bring to this role nearly four decades of experience in education: as a secondary headteacher, as a Senior His Majesty’s Inspector, and as a chief executive in large multi academy trusts.

Catholic education forms the whole person, academically and spiritually, in mind, character and conscience. It insists that every child is known, valued and nurtured, whatever their background and whatever they believe.

That work belongs to all of us: to our pupils, who are the reason this Trust exists; to their families, who trust us with what matters most to them; and to our staff, whose commitment makes it possible.
